1. The provided equipment will be provided with a warranty period of 12 months after the acceptance. During the warranty period, the company will be responsible for free repair or replacement of any damage or defect caused by the quality of the equipment.
2. The after-sales service center will provide free technical guidance for the installation of the provided equipment.
3. The service center has full-time service engineers and corresponding spare parts inventory who have been trained strictly and regularly by the manufacturer and have service qualification certificate. Within 42 hours after receiving the user's information, they can rush to the site to carry out high-quality service. Small faults can be eliminated on the same day, and larger faults can be eliminated within 2-3 days
4. Free maintenance for life. Our company promises to take the customer as the most preferential customer. After the free maintenance period expires, except the price of spare parts listed in the quotation document does not rise for five years, other spare parts, accessories or normal substitutes will be provided at a price 10% lower than the market price. When the market price falls, the price will fall at any time.
